To design a menu that not only shows off the restaurant but the food and drinks as well. You want to represent the style of the restaurant clearly while still making it look classy and clean.
What is a menu?
A menu is a detailed list of options offered to the customer when they come to eat or drink at the restaurant or bar. They offer a wide variety of choices, and are priced differently based on the ingredients used, time taken to cook the dishes, or the season and availability of ingredients used.
Design should include

Your logo on front and back covers

Each month should have a customized table with the name of the day and date

You should have a minimum of 12 custom designed month graphics that match your theme

Front and back cover are completely up to you to design

Must have pricing and barcode on back

A 1/8" white margin around all pages

A traced vector of the logo

Use of PSD, JPG, Ai images all embedded before turning in.

Use of custom frames, not just squares

No overset text.

Layout should be clean and organized

Easy to navigate

Company logo should be used throughout design

Fonts should be changed to outlines

Typography heirarchy

Front cover should demonstrate your ability with photoshop.

No text aside from front cover should be above 18pt.
